All of our products are shipped from our Miami Warehouse. Free Ground Shipping on online orders over $150 (This offer only applies within the US. The map below represents approximate transit times for items shipped from Miami via standard UPS Ground
- If an order is received before 6:00PM Monday - Thursday EST, it will be shipped the same day. On Fridays orders received before 3:00PM EST will be shipped the same day.
- Expedited Delivery (3 Day Express Saver, 2nd Day Service, Standard Overnight and Priority Overnight) are available.

Most of our products are shipped only within the USA.

International orders must be paid by wire transfer into our bank account.

If you have tried a product and it is defective or does not perform satisfactorily, we will provide a credit, exchange, or refund, it’s your choice. Simply call us at 305-233-3312 to arrange for the return.

We have several products that, due to FDA regulations, we cannot accept back if the seals are broken. Any returned products that require repackaging are typically charged a restocking fee (15%).
